• OCR (Optical Character Recognition) - We can run your images through our state of the art OCR engine and provide you back with fully text-searchable documents.OCR is not for all document types and applications.
• Conversion of TIFF Images to PDF - We can convert your records from TIFF to PDF or visa versa.
• File Matching - If you already have a database that correlates to the images being scanned, we can use that existing database to populate additional index values automatically.
• Deliver Options
  • CD - We can provide your images back on CD
  • DVD - DVD has a larger storage capacity than CD
  • Hard Drive - In some cases, especially for import into some other imaging system, we can deliver images back on an external hard drive or flash drive.
  • FTP - If you need same-day image delivery, we can publish your images to our secure FTP server.
• Image Clean Up - Utilizing the latest software for Image Clean Up we can provide:
  • Image Cropping - to crop out excess image space
  • De-Skew - to properly orient images that are currently at an angle
  • De-Speckle - to reduce the noise and file size
  • Redaction - to block out sensitive data (such as Social Security Numbers, for example)
